Fast Start Bonus #1 (Direct Commission)This is the first of many ways our Associates create an income with their POW Business. When an associate brings on a new member to our POW Benefits Program they receive an immediate commission which we call the Fast Start Bonus. Depending on how a new person comes on board determines what commission is paid to the associate. The Fast Start Bonus commission for an annual benefits package (which most people join at) is $100 and if someone joins at the monthly option, that commission would be $10 each month.
Fast Start Bonus #2 (Indirect Commission)In addition to the Direct Fast Start Bonus we also have what we call the Indirect Fast Start Bonus. This is your first opportunity to experience the tremendous leverage from our incredible compensation plan. The way this works is we pay our associates a commission when the people that they have brought in get others involved with our Benefits Program. For every Annual benefits package that an associate brings in, we not only pay a commission to the associate responsible for the sale but ALSO to their sponsor as well. We pay out $20 for every annual benefits plan and $2 for every monthly option.
Team Sales Commissions (Leverage At Its Finest)The team sales commissions is really where the leverage of this compensation plan takes off. We use a business model called a binary calculation system and commissions are paid out according to a point system known as Business Volume or BV. These commissions are based on the total activity or BV within a person's organization and can grow to infinite depth. Once a business owner has been growing their business over time these commissions can really add up. And these commissions can continue to grow even without any further work done by the initial business owner.(*As long as the minimum personal BV requirement is met.) The initial requirement to qualify for these team commission is to simply enroll two people into our Benefits Program and maintain a personal BV requirement of only 50 BV. (So just purchasing one coin on our optionship program per month insures your team commission requirement as long as you've brought in a two personally sponsored associate in each Team.) This ensures that those enjoying the advantages of Team Commissions are contributing towards the same group effort. Once this is accomplished, the associate is now fully qualified to receive team commissions. How Points Are Calculated The Annual Benefits Program carries 100 points of BV and the Monthly Benefits Program carries 10 BV points. Our Optionship coins carry 50 BV per coin. When you reach 300 BV on one Team side and 300 BV on the other, you earn a Team Sales Commission of $100. A sale from any Associate will add BV towards the necessary 300BV / 300 BV for a $100 Team Commission. As with any great commission plan, the more you sell, the more you are compensated.
